I am Fiona Williams a Canine Behaviourist working in the area. I was asked by Louise if I would like to observe a grooming session of one of our mutual clients, a lovely young dog.
What a lovely morning I had! Louise and her daughter are so professional and welcoming. They groomed the dog who is anxious with care and patience, observing when he needed a little break, playing games with him and adapting the grooming area to make him feel more at ease.
I would recommend Louise and her daughter to any if my clients .

I was nervous about taking Rigby for a Puppy Introduction because he never let me bath him.Louise and Megan were very reassuring and sent me videos of him while he was having a bath and blow dry .I could not believe my eyes!He was so calm in their hands and they are so professional with such a genuine love of dogs.He’s looks and smells amazing after his pamper.I would never go anywhere else now.Thank you both so much x

Took my dog biscuit for 1st time today she’s sometimes a nervous dog so I was bit nervous but the way she is at home now it’s definitely worked out very impressed with layout and of course Louise n Megan biscuit can’t wait for nxt cut 💕🐶🐶
